Of course, you can return the ordered items by post or by courier. You will find the address on https://www.zonia.co.uk//return-policy.
In exchange for the returned items you can choose another size or another product if they are in stock. You can also ask for a refund.

How can I order and how long will it take to recive the order ?

You can submit your order directly on www.zonia.co.uk or by phone at +40766985985 from Monday to Friday from 09:00 am until 06:00 pm (eastern european time (utc + 2) and Saturday: from 10:00 am until 02:00 pm. The delivery time is mentioned in the Delivery methods section.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer. Cash payment on delivery is possible only in Romania. More information are mentioned in the Payment methods section.

Whats discount could I get?

You have free shipping for orders over 300,00 lei, 50 ,00lei voucher  for the next order , free shipping for orders over 500,00 Lei  and 50,00 lei discount, 100,00 Lei voucher  for the next order, free shipping for orders over 1000,00 Lei. For orders with delivery outside Romania you will receive free shipping for orders over 800,00 lei. Do you make deliveries outside Romania?

Of course, we dispatch order all across Europe and beyond. The transportation fee starts at 8,90 euro and it depends on the country of destination, the weight of the package and the method of shipping chosen by you. For more details please check: 

How can I pay and how long will it take to receive the abroad orders?

The payment methods are: By credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, Western Union or Money Gram.
You receive the package in 2-10 days, depending on the chosen transport method , starting from the time you made the payment.

How long it will last a refund for a returned item?

In exchange for returned items you can choose a different size or another product if it is available.
